STEP 1 - Who We Are 

Step 1 is all about learning who we are as a church. Learn about our beliefs, denominational affiliation, values and mission. This is an opportunity for you to get to know us, our vision, and the direction we have as a church.

STEP 2 - Find Your S.H.A.P.E. 

This step is all about you! During this step, we take a look at your spiritual gifts, your heart, passions, abilities and personality.

STEP 3 - Where to Serve 

We fully believe that you will get the most out of church when you find a meaningful role where you can serve and feel like you belong. In Step 3, you will hear all about our areas to serve at Pathway at Cambrian. Using your "shape" from Step 2, we can plug you into an area where you can thrive!
